My struggle with acne problems is a long one (4 years) but I only took a serious attempt to fight acne when I was about to enter college.

I’m already using Proactive off and on (because it’s so costly I can’t afford it sometimes), besides cutting back on oily food. Unfortunately, my new acne breakout faster than the old ones can heal. I need to do something fast – that’s how I stupidly blew away $500 on expensive acne treatments and creams on impulse.

Nothing works – at least not permanently. Once I discontinue using the expensive creams, my acne breakouts go from bad to worse. That’s when I read an online article by one Mike Walden on how milk can cause breakouts. I was sceptical but followed his advice anyway – hey I’ve got nothing to lose.

Then I started to see miracle – I have less breakouts! Although I still have my older acne, I’m so excited that I’ve significantly reduce the new ones. And that’s only using one of his methods – needless to say, I bought his ebook. My acne have since dried up, I have less blackheads and my face is finer and smoother.

 I can’t believe that I no longer have to depend on costly acne treatments…to have found the answer to my acne breakouts is simply amazing. Im convinced that this is the long term answer to fighting acne breakouts.
